Welcome to Stellaray (starmatch.co). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided therein. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Stellaray. By accessing, browsing, or using Stellaray, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stellaray, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing Stellaray on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use Stellaray. Your continued use of Stellaray following any modifications to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Stellaray is an online platform providing entertainment and informational content related to astrology, horoscopes, zodiac compatibility, and celestial guidance. The service includes personalized astrological insights, daily horoscopes, compatibility assessments, and related entertainment features. Stellaray operates on a subscription-based model and delivers content through a web-based interface and mobile applications.

Stellaray reserves the right to modify, expand, reduce, or alter its services, features, or content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Stellaray may also discontinue the service or any portion thereof without liability to you or any third party, provided that if such discontinuation affects your active subscription, Stellaray will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of Stellaray, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account information with any third party and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You agree to promptly notify Stellaray of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Stellaray will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your unauthorized disclosure of account information to third parties. You agree to be bound by any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Termination

Stellaray reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms of Service, illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, harassment of other users, or any activity that Stellaray deems inappropriate or harmful to the platform or its users.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fee

Stellaray offers a subscription service at eight dollars ($8.00) per month. This fee shall be automatically charged to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis, commencing on the date you initiate your subscription and continuing each calendar month thereafter, unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth in Section 4.2.

4.2 Billing and Payment

By providing a payment method to Stellaray, you authorize Stellaray to charge your account for all subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges incurred through your use of premium features. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds available for payment processing. Payment processing is handled through third-party payment processors, and your payment information is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Stellaray subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting Stellaray customer support directly. Your cancellation will become effective immediately upon processing. However, you will retain access to Stellaray's premium features through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. No refunds will be issued for the partial cancellation of a billing period. Cancellation does not remove your account or delete any saved data; your account and information will remain in our system until you request account deletion.

4.4 Refund Policy

Stellaray operates on a non-refundable subscription model. No refunds will be issued for cancelled subscriptions, partial months, unused features, or any other reason, except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue using premium features through the end of your current billing period, after which access will be restricted to free features only.

In the event that Stellaray permanently discontinues service, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of your subscription period. Refund requests based on alleged service disruptions, technical failures, or dissatisfaction with content will not be granted.

4.5 Price Changes

Stellaray reserves the right to adjust subscription fees upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to you. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continued use of Stellaray after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new subscription fee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Stellaray Intellectual Property

All content, features, materials, and functionality on Stellaray, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software code, algorithms, astrological interpretations, horoscopes, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Stellaray or are licensed to Stellaray by third-party content providers. This content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

5.2 Limited License

Stellaray grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Stellaray solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not download, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or perform any of the content on Stellaray without prior written consent from Stellaray, except as permitted by applicable law for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the underlying code or structure of Stellaray; scrape, crawl, or automatically collect content from Stellaray; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; use Stellaray content for commercial purposes; create derivative works based on Stellaray content; or license, sell, or distribute any Stellaray content without authorization.

5.4 User-Generated Content

If Stellaray provides features that allow you to submit, post, or share content (including comments, testimonials, or user feedback), you retain ownership of any such content. However, by submitting content to Stellaray, you grant Stellaray a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media format and for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

STELLARAY AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH STELLARAY ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STELLARAY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING STELLARAY OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, LEGALITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

STELLARAY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT: STELLARAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; ANY DEFECTS IN STELLARAY WILL BE CORRECTED; ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE ON STELLARAY IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; OR THAT YOUR USE OF STELLARAY WILL ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STELLARAY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE STELLARAY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF STELLARAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STELLARAY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF STELLARAY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STELLARAY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

6.3 Assumption of Risk

You assume all risk associated with your access to and use of Stellaray. Stellaray will not be responsible for any claim, loss, injury, or damage that results from your use of Stellaray or any content thereon.

Stellaray provides content and services for entertainment and informational purposes only. All horoscopes, astrological readings, zodiac compatibility assessments, celestial guidance, and related content are designed and intended solely for entertainment, amusement, and general interest. These services should not be construed as factual representations, scientific conclusions, or reliable predictions of future events.

7.2 Not Professional Advice

STELLARAY DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, RELATIONSHIP, CAREER, OR BUSINESS ADVICE. NOTHING ON STELLARAY SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, RECOMMENDATION, OR CONSULTATION FROM A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.
